A request is not considered part of the original project just because it relates to the same business, product, or campaign.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information the client provides.

A quote may change if:

  • The scope changes
  • Additional services are requested
  • Additional footage is required

  • Additional languages are requested
  • Rush delivery is requested

We will state payment requirements at the time of order.

Depending on the project, payment may require:

  • Full payment in advance
  • Deposit before production
  • Milestone payments

We may withhold final files until all outstanding amounts are paid.

7. Taxes

Clients are responsible for applicable:

  • Sales taxes

The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions.

11. Voice, Image, and Likeness

If a project includes a person’s:

  • Voice
  • Photograph
  • Face
  • Likeness
  • Video
  • Testimonial
  • Digital representation

the client represents that they have obtained appropriate consent.

This is particularly important for:

  • Voice cloning
  • Talking-photo videos
  • AI spokesperson content
  • Avatar creation
  • UGC-style videos
  • Testimonial-style content

Video-Creator.net reserves the right to refuse any project that appears to involve unauthorized use of another person’s identity, likeness, or voice.

12. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Production

Some projects may use artificial intelligence or automated creative technologies.

These technologies may assist with:

  • Script development
  • Voice generation
  • Image generation
  • Video generation
  • Animation
  • Translation
  • Captions
  • Editing
  • Spokesperson videos
  • Avatar videos
  • Talking-photo videos

Clients acknowledge that AI-assisted content may occasionally produce:

  • Visual imperfections
  • Pronunciation errors
  • Facial inconsistencies
  • Motion inconsistencies
  • Minor rendering artifacts
  • Translation inaccuracies
  • Unexpected outputs

We will make reasonable efforts to review and correct material issues within the project scope.

However, we cannot guarantee that any AI-generated or automated output will be completely free of imperfections.

13. Third-Party Software and Platforms

We may use third-party software and platforms to perform services.

We do not own or control all third-party systems used in production.

Such platforms may:

  • Change features
  • Modify policies
  • Change pricing
  • Discontinue services
  • Change licensing terms
  • Experience outages
  • Become unavailable

If a third-party platform becomes unavailable, we may substitute another production method where reasonably possible.

We are not liable for delays or limitations caused solely by third-party software providers beyond our reasonable control.

14. Production Timeline

Any delivery time stated is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Production timelines may depend on:

  • Project complexity
  • Client responsiveness
  • Number of revisions
  • File size
  • Rendering time
  • Software availability
  • Third-party services
  • Volume of current projects
  • Technical issues

We will make reasonable efforts to meet projected timelines.

15. Client Delays

If the client does not respond or provide required materials for an extended period, we may place the project on hold.

Projects inactive for more than 30 days may be considered dormant unless otherwise agreed.

Dormant projects may require:

  • Reactivation fee
  • Updated pricing
  • Revised schedule

Projects abandoned for an extended period may be closed.

16. Revisions

Revision allowances depend on the service or package purchased.

Unless otherwise stated, revisions generally apply to reasonable changes to the existing project.

Examples may include:

  • Text corrections
  • Minor scene adjustments
  • Timing adjustments
  • Graphic replacements
  • Voiceover corrections
  • Small visual changes

Revisions generally do not include:

  • Complete redesign
  • Complete rescripting

  • Different video style
  • Major change of direction
  • Replacement of most scenes
  • New product or service
  • Additional video

Requests exceeding the included revision scope may require additional payment.

17. Revision Deadlines

Clients should submit revision requests within the period stated for the project.

If no period is stated, clients should generally submit revision requests within 7 calendar days after draft delivery.

If the client does not respond within the applicable review period, the project may be treated as approved or placed on hold.

18. Final Approval

The client is responsible for carefully reviewing the final draft.

Final approval confirms that the client accepts:

  • Content
  • Spelling
  • Timing
  • Visuals
  • Audio
  • Branding
  • Voiceover
  • Claims
  • Contact information
  • Product details

Once final approval is given, additional changes may be treated as a new revision or additional project.

19. Finished Deliverables

The deliverables provided will depend on the package purchased.

These may include:

  • MP4 video
  • Vertical video
  • Horizontal video
  • Square video
  • Captioned version
  • Alternate aspect ratio
  • Audio file
  • Thumbnail
  • Other agreed formats

Source files may include:

  • Project files
  • Editing timelines
  • Templates
  • Animation files
  • Design files
  • Raw AI output
  • Internal production assets
  • Editable graphics
  • Software-generated project files

If source files are available and requested, additional fees may apply.

21. Ownership of Final Video

Upon full payment, the client receives the usage rights described in the applicable package or project agreement.

Unless otherwise stated, clients may generally use approved final deliverables for lawful business and marketing purposes.

This may include:

  • Websites
  • Social media
  • Advertising
  • Presentations
  • Email campaigns
  • Product pages
  • Internal business use

However, third-party assets may remain subject to separate license restrictions.

22. Third-Party Assets

Projects may include licensed third-party assets such as:

  • Stock video
  • Stock photography
  • Music
  • Fonts
  • Graphics
  • AI-generated media
  • Software-generated content

These assets remain subject to the applicable provider’s licensing terms.

Clients do not necessarily receive ownership of third-party assets themselves.

They receive rights to use them as incorporated into the final project, subject to applicable license terms.

23. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may request permission to display completed non-confidential projects in:

  • Our portfolio
  • Website
  • Social media
  • Demo reel
  • Marketing materials
  • Sales presentations

We will not intentionally publish confidential information.

Clients requiring strict confidentiality should notify us before production begins.

Where a separate service agreement provides different portfolio terms, that agreement controls.

24. Confidentiality

We will make reasonable efforts to protect confidential project information.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • Is publicly available
  • Was already lawfully known
  • Was independently developed
  • Was lawfully received from another source

  • Exploitation
  • Non-consensual sexual content
  • Harmful impersonation
  • Misleading identity manipulation
  • Unlawful discrimination

We may cancel work if we later discover a project violates these standards.

26. Marketing Claims

Clients are responsible for ensuring that claims made in their videos comply with applicable laws and regulations.

This may include claims relating to:

  • Health
  • Medical products
  • Supplements
  • Finance
  • Investments
  • Income
  • Earnings
  • Weight loss
  • Legal services
  • Real estate
  • Guarantees
  • Testimonials

Video-Creator.net does not independently verify every advertising claim clients provide.

27. No Guarantee of Marketing Results

We create professional video content, but we do not guarantee any specific marketing result.

We do not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Revenue
  • Leads
  • Conversions
  • Social-media engagement
  • Views
  • Followers
  • Search rankings
  • Advertising performance
  • Return on investment

Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

28. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility will be governed by our separate:

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because video creation involves customized creative work, different refund rules may apply depending on how far production has progressed.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and a project-specific refund agreement, the project-specific agreement controls.

29. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve billing or service disputes before initiating a chargeback, where reasonably possible.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Termination of account
  • Collection efforts
  • Legal remedies

30. Agency and White-Label Projects

Agency clients may engage Video-Creator.net to fulfill client requests.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The agency remains responsible for its client relationship.
